How does the referral programme work?
When you share your referral link with a friend:
• They get £10 off their first booking with tapGP.
• After they complete that booking, you’ll get £10 off your next appointment.
Can I refer more than one friend?
Yes! There’s no limit. For every friend who books using your link, you’ll get £10 off your next appointment.
When will I receive my £10 reward?
As soon as your friend has completed their first appointment, you’ll receive a £10 voucher code.
How will I know when I’ve earned a reward?
We’ll notify you by email once your friend’s appointment is complete and your £10 reward is ready to use.
How do I use my £10 credit?
You’ll receive a voucher code that you can apply when booking your next appointment with tapGP.
Can my friend use multiple referral codes?
No, each booking can only use one referral discount.
Do my referral rewards expire?
No — your voucher codes don’t expire. You can use them on any future booking.
Is tapGP secure and regulated?
Yes. tapGP is fully CQC-registered and run by UK-qualified GPs. All appointments are confidential, secure, and follow NHS standards of care.
Where can I find my referral link?
You can find it in the referral email we sent you. From there, you can copy your personal link to share by WhatsApp, email, or anywhere else.
