Our aim is to provide you with the quality of care that you deserve. Wave goodbye to waiting rooms and having to wait days for an appointment. GP appointments are available from 8am to 10pm seven days a week. Appointments are 10 minutes but can be extended if necessary.

Keeping your records safe is our top priority. We hold your records in a secure database with a high level of encryption. Your records are only accessible by tap GP staff who have received training in data protection.

We aim for our GPs and clinicians to see a patient within 15 minutes of their appointment time. On rare occasions, there may be a longer delay.

Absolutely! Most of our GP appointments are available on the same day and usually within a few hours. You can also book a GP appointment up to two weeks in advance.

Your prescription can be sent electronically to nearly any pharmacy you choose in the UK. Alternatively, your tapGP clinician can help you find one nearest to you.

Please note, we do not see patients with medical emergencies and would advise you to call 999 or go to your nearest A&E.

Absolutely! We can send referral letters to your inbox straight after your appointment so you won’t have to wait.

All of our GPs and clinicians have trained in the NHS for a minimum of 5 years and have also worked for over 5 years in an NHS trust. They undergo regular remote consultation training and assessment. Our clinicians are registered with the main UK governing bodies: GMC, NMC or HCPC. Our GPs are members of RCGP.

Our team of GPs, nurses, paramedics and pharmacists work together to keep your costs as low as possible.

Absolutely! Although we may not be able to prescribe medication, we can give you medical advice and if needed, suggest over-the-counter medications that might help you.

Absolutely! Any child under 16 years will need to be registered under their parent/guardian’s account. Children 16 years and older will need to create their own account using their own device before being able to see a GP or clinician.

We advise that you consent to allow us to share your tapGP medical records with your own GP. This will ensure you receive better continuity of care and will allow us to prescribe a greater range of medications.

Absolutely not, tapGP does not require you to de-register with your GP and will not affect you when making future appointments with your own GP.

You can arrange a private blood test by booking an appointment and discussing your requirements with one of our clinicians. Your clinician will arrange the appropriate blood tests and explain how you can go about having the test.
