Next steps:

  1. You will receive an email in the next 24 hours with your activation code. Please check your Junk Folder if you have not received it.
  2. Download the tapGP app on your phone.
  3. Register your details and use the activation code to book your appointment.
  4. Book a 30-minute appointment (two slots) for a comprehensive assessment to ensure we understand your needs fully.

IMPORTANT: Your activation code is registered to the email address you provided when you made payment. Other email addresses won’t work.

After your appointment:

  • Your doctor will email your prescription to you.
  • If you requested a sick note, it will also be sent by email.
  • If your package includes a mental health tool kit, you will receive it within the next 24 hours by email.
